The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations within the framework of the online sale of articles offered by our website. Online sales made in the store are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale, and any order placed by the buyer implies their acceptance of the provisions below.
The website is the property of LINSTABLE in its entirety, along with all related rights. Any reproduction, whether total or partial, is systematically subject to the owner’s authorization.
Terms
LINSTABLE reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, with the customer benefiting from the terms in force at the date of their purchase.

Electronic signature
The consumer’s “double-click” on the order form constitutes an electronic signature that has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
Order confirmation
Information related to the order will be confirmed by email no later than at the time of delivery or, failing that, at the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
Transaction
Computerized records are maintained in the company’s IT systems and will be considered proof of communications, orders, and payments made between the parties. Archiving of order forms and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium.
Product information
The representative of LINSTABLE presents on its website the products for sale with the necessary characteristics to comply with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, allowing potential consumers to know, before placing a final order, the essential characteristics of the products they wish to purchase. The product photos are not retouched, but color variations may occur due to the unique nature of the products and issues related to computer station settings.
The offers presented by LINSTABLE are only valid within the limits of available stock.
Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros and are only valid on the date the consumer submits the order form. They do not include delivery costs, which are billed in addition and indicated before the order is confirmed. Prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order, and any change in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products in the online store. Full payment must be made at the time of the order. At no time will the amounts paid be considered as deposits.
Payment methods
To pay for their order, the consumer has all the payment methods listed on the order form. The consumer guarantees LINSTABLE that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method at the time of order validation. LINSTABLE‘s representative reserves the right to suspend any order management or delivery in case of refusal of payment authorization by officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment. LINSTABLE‘s representative also reserves the right to refuse to deliver or honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially settled a previous order or with whom there is an ongoing payment dispute.
Online payments are secure and processed via PayPal. Credit card details are encrypted under the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring a secure purchase.
Product availability
The order will be fulfilled no later than 3 days after the day the consumer placed the order. In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order. The consumer will then have the option to request either a refund of the amounts paid within 30 days or an exchange of the product.
Delivery terms
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The consumer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging upon delivery and reporting any damage to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to LINSTABLE, within one week.
Delivery
After the order has been confirmed, LINSTABLE commits to deliver all items ordered by the buyer to its carrier **La Poste** within a maximum of 72 business hours. This carrier, by contract with LINSTABLE, agrees to deliver the order to the buyer’s provided address. Once we send the order, you will immediately receive an email with the corresponding tracking number so the client can monitor the order’s status on La Poste’s website.
Additionally, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes related to the importation of products, such as customs duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes under the laws of the destination country. LINSTABLE disclaims all legal responsibility if the payment of these taxes is not made by the customer.
Goods always travel at the recipient’s risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to file any claims with the carrier in the event of damage. Returns are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Delivery errors
The consumer must report to LINSTABLE‘s representative any claims for delivery errors or product non-conformity (in nature or quality) with the details on the order form on the day of delivery or, at the latest, on the first business day following delivery. Any claim made beyond this period will be rejected. All claims must be made by email.
Product warranty
In accordance with Articles 1641 and the Civil Code, the provisions of these terms cannot deprive the consumer of the legal warranty, which obliges the professional seller to guarantee against all consequences of hidden defects in the item sold. The consumer is expressly informed that LINSTABLE‘s representative is not the producer of the products presented on the website, as defined by Law No. 98-389 of May 19, 1998, concerning liability for defective products. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a product defect, only the producer’s liability may be sought by the consumer. All claims and requests for refunds must be made by email to the following address: postmaster@linstablephoto.fr.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 working days to return products at their expense if they are not satisfied. This period starts from the day of delivery of the consumer’s order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. Any return must be reported in advance. The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer may request either a refund of the amounts paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the re-shipment will be at the consumer’s expense.
Force majeure
Neither party will be in breach of its contractual obligations to the extent that their execution is delayed, hindered, or prevented by an unforeseeable event or force majeure. Such an event includes circumstances beyond the parties’ control, which are irresistible, unforeseeable, unavoidable, and independent of the parties’ will. The party affected by such circumstances will notify the other within ten business days of becoming aware of the event. The two parties will then meet within one month to discuss the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the contract will be continued. If the force majeure lasts more than three months, the general terms may be terminated by the injured party.
Expressly, force majeure or unforeseen events include, in addition to those typically recognized by French courts and tribunals: transportation or supply blockages, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, interruptions in telecommunications networks, or difficulties specific to external telecommunications networks.
Governing law
These general terms are governed by French law. This applies to both substantive and procedural rules. In the event of a dispute or claim, the consumer will first contact LINSTABLE to seek an amicable solution.
Data protection
The information requested from the consumer is necessary for processing their order and may be communicated to LINSTABLE’s contractual partners involved in fulfilling the order. The consumer can contact LINSTABLE to object to such communication or to exercise their rights of access and rectification concerning the information about them contained in LINSTABLE‘s files, under the conditions provided by the law of January 6, 1978.
